We offer diagnostics, repairs, upgrades and technical support for:

• Mobile phones & tablets

• Gaming consoles

• Data recovery

• Software installation & troubleshooting

All services are subject to availability and assessment of the device.

 

3. Diagnostics & Assessment

• Diagnostics may be free or chargeable, depending on the issue.

• If a repair is declined after diagnostics, a diagnostic fee may apply.

• Any timeframes provided are estimates, not guarantees.

• We reserve the right to refuse repairs that are unsafe, severely damaged, or uneconomical.

 

4. Customer Data & Privacy

• We do not access personal data unless required for the repair.

• Customers are responsible for backing up their data before handing in a device.

• We are not liable for data loss during or after repairs.

• Any data recovery service is carried out at the customer’s own risk.

5. Parts, Repairs & Warranty

5.1 Parts

• We use new, refurbished, or OEM‑equivalent parts, depending on availability and customer choice.

• Refurbished parts may carry different warranty periods.

5.2 Repair Warranty

• Most repairs include a 30–90 day warranty, depending on the part.

• Warranty covers the specific repair only, not unrelated faults.

• Warranty is void if:

  • The device is physically damaged after repair

  • Liquid damage occurs

  • The device is opened or tampered with by another party

  • Software issues cause malfunction

5.3 No Fix, No Fee

• If we cannot repair the device, you will not be charged for labour (unless otherwise agreed for complex diagnostics or data recovery).

6. Payments

• Payment is due upon collection of the device.

• We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments.

• Devices not collected within 60 days may be recycled or disposed of to recover costs.

7. Liability

• We are not responsible for:

  • Pre‑existing faults

  • Hidden damage discovered during repair

  • Data loss

  • Software corruption

  • Accessories left with the device (cases, chargers, etc.)

• Liquid‑damaged devices are repaired with no guarantee, as faults may return.

8. Website Use

By using ecomputerservices.co.uk, you agree that:

• You will not misuse the website or attempt unauthorised access.

• All content, branding, and images belong to Earlsfield Computer Services.

• You may not copy or reproduce website content without permission.

9. Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.

• Prices may change due to part availability or supplier costs.

• We will always inform you before proceeding with any additional charges.

10. Cancellations

• You may cancel a repair before work begins.

• If parts have already been ordered, a restocking fee may apply.

11. Device Abandonment

Devices left uncollected for 60 days will be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to recycle, sell, or dispose of the device to recover costs.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
